HOW IT WORKS
What happens on the day of a Horse Photography session?
My job as photographer is to give you the best experience I can and to give you the confidence to relax and forget that we are taking photos.
Once the booking has been arranged I will send out a welcome pack and style guide and we will arrange for an initial call to get to know you and your horse better.
On this initial call we will go through the important elements to consider for your session. These include where we will meet, preparing your Horse, preparing yourself, what to wear and more importantly what not to wear. We will also cover whether there is any other Horses, Dogs, Pets, Children or anyone else to be involved in the session.
On the day I will arrive around 30mins before we are due to start to have a look around the location for backdrops and other interesting features to photograph you and your Horse in front of.For more information check out my blog here
I will help you pick your outfits for the day- remember you have 3 outfit changes (Casual, Smart Casual and Smart) included in the session price. For hints and tips on what to wear check out my blog.
Once we get underway I will choose the best poses for you and your Horse, this allows me to capture a variety of images, focusing on them and their connection with you.
What happens after a Horse Photography session?
You will receive your images within 14 days after your session in a private on line gallery. Ideally we will meet to do an in person viewing of your gallery either face to face or via Zoom for you to order the images for printing or framing

Perfect for the Horse owner who wants a fully bespoke experience.
Also great for friends to spread the cost of a session between 2 or more of you.
I will come to your location and spend about 1hr with each of you to capture those precious memories.
Private galleries will be presented for each person to choose their images from.

We meet at a location of your choice, and I spend 1-2hr with you.
Private galleries will be presented for you to choose your images from.
You’ll receive 1 professional printed and mounted 10×8 image and 3 low resolution images for social media (saving £50 if bought separately)

FAQs
The answer to your questions
What happens if it rains or my horse is ill
No one wants pictures of a soggy Horse – so the day before I will check in with you to make sure everything is still ok.
If there are any problems, we will simply rearrange the date.
Can I have more than one horse in the session
Absolutely, additional Horses, Dogs, Sheep, Children and Grandparents are always welcome – simply let me know when we have the call and I can plan the session accordingly
How far will you travel?
Yes – travel is included in my package pricing – however anything that requires an overnight stay (normally over 3hrs driving time from Nottingham) will be charged at £125 over the session fee to cover the cost.
Do you offer payment plans
A non refundable deposit, 50% of the package cost is required to holding the booking- payment for the session must be made 7 days before the session is booked.
I offer monthly payments via Pay it Monthly – minimum price is £250.
