Father’s Day is this weekend (21st June), and let’ Father’s Day is this weekend (21st June), and let’s be honest, the best gift might be a walk, a bit of peace, and a dog who thinks he’s the finest person on earth.

No pressure. No speeches. Just muddy boots, fresh air, and a four-legged best friend who is always ready to listen, as long as snacks are involved.

Here’s to the dads, grandads, father figures, and the dogs who follow them everywhere, including places they were absolutely not invited.

If you would love natural photographs that capture the bond between you and your dog, comment or message me to book your shoot.

Found him! Currently accepting visitors through Found him!

Currently accepting visitors through the woodland window, but only if they arrive with treats, tennis balls, or a clear explanation for why walkies has not started yet.

This is what I love about dog photography. Sometimes the best portraits are the ones with a bit of personality, a curious look, and a dog who appears to have taken on the role of chief park inspector.

If you would love natural, character-filled photographs of your dog, comment or message me to book your shoot.

Nobody falls harder in love than the dad who said Nobody falls harder in love than the dad who said no to getting a dog.

You know the one.

“I’m not walking it.”

“It’s your dog, not mine.”

“It’s not going on the sofa.”

Fast forward a few weeks and he’s sharing his toast, talking to the dog in a special voice, and insisting they need their own towel because “they’ve had a big day”.
Father’s Day is Sunday 21st June, and a dog photography gift voucher is a brilliant way to celebrate the man and his four-legged shadow.

Gift vouchers are available and ready in time for the big day.

Comment or message me to order yours.

What are you welcome to bring on your dog photosho What are you welcome to bring on your dog photoshoot?

The short answer is, anything that helps your dog feel happy, settled and ready to be themselves.

A few useful things to pack:
• A collar and lead you are happy to see in photographs
 • A few treats to help with focus
 • A favourite toy for attention, play and bribery
 • A brush for quick tidy-ups
 • Poo bags, because glamour has limits
 • Water, especially on warmer days
 • A towel if your dog enjoys mud a little too much
 • A neutral blanket if you would like a few softer seated portraits

Please do not worry about bringing half the house with you. Your dog does not need to be perfectly polished, perfectly behaved, or perfectly still. The best photographs often come from the moments in between, the curious looks, muddy paws, wagging tails and little expressions that are completely them.

There’s something very special about watching a ch There’s something very special about watching a child with their horse.

No overthinking. No trying to make it perfect. Just quiet confidence, a gentle smile, and that little look of trust between them.

These are the photographs that matter later. The small hands holding the reins. The muddy boots. The pony years. The friendship that becomes part of their childhood.

Because for so many children, their horse is more than a hobby. They are the listener, the teammate, the adventure, and occasionally the reason the washing machine gives up.

If you would love natural photographs that capture this stage of your child’s story with their horse, comment or message me to book your shoot.

What’s better than one dog? Five dogs, obviously. What’s better than one dog? Five dogs, obviously.

Five times the personality, five times the chaos, five times the treat-based negotiation, and approximately 47 times the chance that one of them will blink.

This is the kind of dog photography session that keeps you on your toes, but that is half the fun. Every dog has their own expression, their own energy, and their own very important opinion about where they should sit.

If you would love natural, character-filled photographs of your dog, or your whole pack, comment or message me to book your shoot.

Some partnerships speak for themselves. A quiet m Some partnerships speak for themselves.

A quiet moment, a smart turnout, and the kind of bond that comes from hours spent together, not just in the saddle, but in all the little everyday routines too.

That is what I love about equine photography. The polished portraits are beautiful, but it is the connection that makes them mean something.

If you would love natural, timeless photographs with your horse, comment or message me to book your shoot.

Was it inspired by their personality, their colour, a favourite film, a childhood pet, or did they simply look like a Dave?

There’s a special kind of joy in photographing dog There’s a special kind of joy in photographing dogs at every stage.

The tiny bundle of chaos, ears flying, paws everywhere, still working out how to operate their own legs.

The grown-up dog who knows the routine, knows where the treat tin lives, and knows exactly how to give you that look.

Every dog brings their own character to a photoshoot, whether they are full-speed across a field, sitting proudly beside their best mate, or pausing for half a second before the next adventure begins.

That is the beauty of dog photography. It gives you a chapter to look back on, exactly as they are right now.
